Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Pasil (MLGU-Pasil), intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND THREE PESOS & TWENTY-THREE CENTS (PHP 199,003.23) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "RELOCATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) UNITS WAITING SHEDS AT MAGSILAY AND PUGONG , OWNED BY PUGONG BLGU AND MAGSILAY BLGU AFFECTED BY THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PRDP". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Pasil, now invites bids for the aboved Procurement Project. Completion of works is required in Twenty-Four (24) Calendar Day. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
