Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is conducting procurement through Negotiated Procurement-Small Value Procurement for the Project Reinsurance of the Sabotage and Terrorism Insurance of the CDC for the account of Hilton/Donggwang Corporation, with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) amounting to Php420,000.00.

2. The reinsurance cover shall be for the period June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023.

3. Refer to the attached Technical Specifications (ANNEX A) for further details.

4. The GSIS now invites quotations for said Project. Price Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Quotations.

5. A complete set of documents may be downloaded from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the GSIS website (www.gsis.gov.ph/opportunities/gibac-notices) starting on 29 March 2022.
