Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is conducting procurement through Negotiated Procurement-Small Value Procurement for the Project Reinsurance of the Fine Arts Insurance of the Government Service Insurance System, with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) amounting to Php539,540.25.

2. The reinsurance cover shall be for the period of 01 December 2025 to 01 December 2026.

3. Refer to the attached Technical Specifications (ANNEX A) for further details.

4. The GSIS now invites quotations for said Project. Price Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Quotations.

5. A complete set of documents may be downloaded from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the GSIS website starting on 30 August 2025.

6. Relevant underwriting information may also be obtained from the GSIS Bids and Awards Committee Cluster 5 for Reinsurance / GBAC Secretariat at the address given below from 9:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
