1. The Barangay A. Bonifacio Mayorga, Leyte, through the CONTINUING BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUND (CY 2022) and 5%BDRRMF(2024). intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php120,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for REINSTALLATION AND REPAIR OF PUBLIC INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION DEVICE OF BARANGAY A. BONIFACIO MAYORGA, LEYTE REF. NO. BLGU-A. BONIFACIO-2025-05-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
