1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the 2025 CY Funds intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos and Thirty-Three Centavos (PhP4,693,333.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Hiring of Consulting Services for the Development of the DSWD Centers and Residential Care Information Systems (CAReS)” under REI No. GOP/25-DSWD-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
