Description : IN RELATION TO THE SHORTLISTED CONSULTANTS UNDER PHILGEPS REFERENCE NUMBER 11709755:

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity”) has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from the Government of the Republic of the Philippines through the Information and Communication Technology Management Service (ICTMS) CY 2025 Funds (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of “Hiring of Consulting Services for the Development of the DSWD Centers and Residential Care Information Systems (CAReS)” under REI No. GOP/25-DSWD-004. The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Two Million Six Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos and Thirty-Three Centavos (PhP4,693,333.33) to eligible payments under the contract for which the Bidding Documents is issued.
