1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Funds for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Five Hundred Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP7,508,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Procurement of Consultancy Services for the External Spot Check for 4Ps Operations” under REI No. GOP/25-DSWD-002-A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
