Description : N RELATION TO THE SHORTLISTED CONSULTANCY FIRM UNDER PHILGEPS REFERENCE NUMBER 11587912:
1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity”) has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from the Government of the Republic of the Philippines through the Disaster Response and Rehabilitation Program Funds (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of “Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Evaluation of DSWD Early Recovery Programs and Services for Disasters/Emergencies” under REI No. GOP/24-DSWD-009-A. The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Three Million Pesos (PhP3,000,000.00) to eligible payments under the contract for which the Bidding Documents is issued.
