1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) - Information and Communications Technology Management Service through the CY 2023 Funds intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Two Hundred Six Thousand Four Hundred Pesos and Eight Centavos (PhP22,206,400.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Hiring of Consulting Services for Establishing the DSWD Enterprise Architecture” (REI No. GOP/23-DSWD-002). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2.
