1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY, through the CAPITAL OUTLAY CY 2025-MARKET intends to apply the above-mentioned sum of ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX PESOS AND 77/100 (PHP 1,799,976.77.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for REHAB./IMPROVEMENT PF MARKET BLDG. A AT MARKET SITE, BRGY. POBLACION, GUINOBATAN, ALBAY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Guinobatan, Albay, now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty One (61) calendar days.
