1. Receipt from the prospective bidders of Letters of Intent (LOI) & Issuance of Eligibility and Bid Documents - JULY 07-14,2025. Receipt & Opening of Bids at the BAC Barangay LOMACAO , Albay on JULY 15, 2025 at 10: 00 AM
All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance, Bidding Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification, and Award Contract shall be governed by pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and Its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).
The BAC will issue Bid Documents to prospective bidders at the BAC Office TANDARORA Albay upon submission of LOI and Certification of PHILGEPS and payment of the non-refundable amount of Php200.00 to the Barangay Treasurer.
