Description : The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the Capital Outlay 2023, intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Two Pesos and 87/100 (Php999,942.87) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC MARKET (Drainage & Septic Tank).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-mentioned project to be completed within 90 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
