The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the LGSF-SDBP 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY PESOS & 71/100 (P 2,499,990.71) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PIN2025-161. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
