The Municipal Government of Mahatao through 20% Development Funds intends to apply the sum of Php 7,640,198.45 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Water Works System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
