INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

After two (2) failed public biddings conducted for the project and as authorized by the Head of Procuring Entity per BAC Resolution No. I-0040 dated February 26, 2025, and pursuant to Section 53.1 Two Failed Biddings of the Revised IRR of RA 9184 (Government Procurement Act), the Local Government Unit of City of Guihulngan, intends to negotiate the contract for “Rehabilitation of Water Transmission Line at Sitio Malabuyokon, Brgy. Buenavista, Guihulngan City” for the total sum of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
