REHABILITATION OF WATER SYSTEM (LEVEL II) AT BRGY. KINAWAYAN, ARAKAN, COTABATO

1) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the 20% Development Fund and FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 1,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF WATER SYSTEM (LEVEL II) AT BRGY. KINAWAYAN, ARAKAN, COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, now invites bids for REHABILITATION OF WATER SYSTEM (LEVEL II) AT BRGY. KINAWAYAN, ARAKAN, COTABATO Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
