1. The Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) - Sta. Rosa, Peňarrubia, Abra, through the 20% Development Fund of the Barangay to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Six Hundred Forty Two Pesos and Twenty centavos (Php 195,642.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Water System and Rehabilitation of Streetlight at Sta.
