1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Gaba, Rapu-Rapu, Albay, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Four Hundred Four Pesos Only. (P 159,404.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for detailed as follows: Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
