1. Barangay Malbago, through supplemental budget, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand, Eight Hundred Forty One Pesos and twenty-five centavos (Php 260,841.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Rehabilitation of Water System for Barangay Malbago, Bontoc, Southern Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
