  The Municipal Government of Mangaldan, Pangasinan, through the Municipal Budget of Mangaldan, Pangasinan intends to apply the lump sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 3,710,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION/ UPGRADING OF BARANGAY ROAD WITH DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT AT ESTAYO STREET, BRGY. POBLACION, MANGALDAN, PANGASINAN with Identification Number: MMP-PB-2026-010 Lump Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening provided that each project does not exceed the project cost as follows;
