  1) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos, through the 20% Local Development Fund (LDF) - General Fund-Current Appropriation- intends to apply the sum of FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS (Php15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF TWO (2) BRIDGES AT R.V.
