INVITATION TO BID FOR REHABILITATION OF TANOD OUTPOST OF BARANGAY MACATCATUD, MAGSINGAL, I. SUR.

1. The Brgy. Macatcatud, Magsingal, I. Sur intend to apple the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (250,000.00) being approved Budget for the contract(ABC).

2. The Brgy. Macatcatud, Magsingal, I. Sur now invites bids for the rehabilitation of tanod outpost. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.

3. Bidding will e conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified the Implementing Rule & Regulations(IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act"
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organization with at least seventy five percent(75%) interest outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
