1. The LGU of Malilipot, through the Reprogrammed 20% EDF CY 2021- 2024, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Six Pesos and Sixteen Centavos(2,499,896.16), being the Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CRehabilitation of Streetlights at Nawang to Seawall at Brgy 3, Malilipot, Albay ALBAY Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Malilipot, now invites bids for the Rehabilitation of Streetlights at Nawang to Seawall at Brgy 3, Malilipot, Albay. Completion of the Works is required within 37 Calendar Days.
