1. The NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY (NFA), Leyte Branch Office, through its Corporate Budget for 2023 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the above contract for the Rehabilitation of Storage Facility for Pesticide, Pest Control, and Metrology Equipment in NFA Compound, Pawing, Palo, Leyte in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No.9184.
2. The NFA-Leyte Branch Office now invites contractors who are of good standing, technically, legally, and financially capable of executing the contract to submit sealed quotations for the project.
