1. The LGU - Cawayan, Masbate, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Sitio Talisay, Tuburan - Calumpang Road, 25-CM-INFRA-046. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
