Description : Rehabilitation of SHS Faculty Room
I. Objective
The project aims to restore, improve, and upgrade the SHS Faculty Room to ensure a safe, functional, and conducive working environment for teachers and staff.
II. Scope of Work
1. Preliminary Works
o Site inspection and assessment of the existing condition of the faculty room.
o Clearing of debris, dismantling of dilapidated partitions, fixtures, or furniture (if any).
o Hauling and proper disposal of waste materials.
2. Structural and Carpentry Works
o Repair or replacement of damaged ceiling boards, wall partitions, and flooring.
o Installation of new doors, windows, or partitions as necessary.
o Rehabilitation of built-in cabinets, tables, and other wooden fixtures.
3. Electrical Works
o Repair/replacement of faulty electrical wirings, outlets, and switches.
o Installation of adequate lighting fixtures for proper illumination.
o Provision of additional electrical outlets to support office equipment.
4. Masonry and Painting Works
o Replastering or patching of cracked walls.
