1. The CITY OF CALOOCAN, through the General Fund of the 2024 Annual Executive Budget approved under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1055 s. 2023, intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Six Hundred and Eighty Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱14,686,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation Of Sewage Treatment Plant At Langaray Market, Langaray St., Dagat-Dagatan, Caloocan City. (General Scope of Work; General Requirements, Civil Works, Waterproofing Works, Electromechanical and Equipment, Instrumentation and Electrical Works, Piping and Fabrication Works, Disposal of Waste Materials).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Opening of Bids
