Description : Invitation to Bid for the Rehabilitation of Senior Citizen Center/Building

1. The Local Government Unit of Concepcion, through the Capital Outlay (CO) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Pesos & 15/100 (Php 977,995.15) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Senior Citizen Center/Building / ITB-2025-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Concepcion now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
