1. The Local Government Unit of Abulug, Cagayan, through the Unexpended Balance of 20% Development Fund FY 2022-2024 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P446,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REHABILITATION OF SANITARY LANDFILL FACILITIES DAMAGED BY TYPHOON @ BRGY. BANGUIAN, ABULUG, CAGAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Abulug, Cagayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required sixty (60) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
