1. The LGU - Cawayan, Masbate, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of San Vicente - Maihao Brgy. Road, 25-CM-INFRA-048. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
