Description : Invitation to Bid for

Rehabilitation of Rural Health Unit Phase IV

1) The LGU Gamay, Northern Samar, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,996,400.33 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Rural Health Unit Phase IV. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU Gamay, Northern Samar now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Rural Health Unit Phase IV. Completion of the Works is required within 90 C.D. Bidders should have completed, within October-November from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
