Rehabilitation of Roof and Exterior Ceiling of Parañaque National High School-Main

Description / Scope of Work:
The Parañaque National High School-Main, through its School Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC), invites interested and qualified contractors to submit their quotations for the Rehabilitation of Roof and Exterior Ceiling of designated school buildings to ensure safety, structural integrity, and aesthetic improvement.
The project shall include, but is not limited to, the following scope of work:
1. Site Inspection and Preparation
o Conduct a thorough assessment of the affected roof and ceiling areas.
o Mobilize manpower, tools, and equipment necessary for the rehabilitation works.
o Secure work area with safety barriers and warning signs.
2. Dismantling and Removal
o Carefully remove damaged roof sheets, trusses, purlins, and ceiling boards.
o Proper disposal of debris and unserviceable materials in accordance with safety and environmental standards.
