1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the General Fund (GF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Seven and 22/100 Pesos (Php999,867.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Road at Balukas, Shilan (POW-8751-2025-SHN-07). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, Benguet now invites bids for the project:
