Barangay Lumad, Pagadian City

1. The Barangay Lumad, through the Barangay funds for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “REHABILITATION OF PUROK TALONG ACCESS ROAD (SECTION 1)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

2. The Barangay Lumad now invites Bids for “REHABILITATION OF PUROK TALONG ACCESS ROAD (SECTION 1)” at Barangay Lumad, Pagadian City. Completion of the works is required ten (10) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II.
