Description : Invitation to Bid for Rehabilitation of Public Market (Gate Canopy, Gutter & Skylight) (B2025-023-INFRA)

1.The Local Government Unit of San Mateo, Isabela (LGU-SMI), through the Annual Budget 2025, approved by the Sanggunian and Barangay Counterpart intends to apply the sum Two Million Two Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and 56/100 (Php2,257,899.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Rehabilitation of Public Market (Gate Canopy, Gutter & Skylight) (B2025-023-INFRA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The LGU-SMI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within ninety-six (96) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
