1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Nueva Vista, Don Victoriano through its 2024-20% Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred thousand (P 400,000.00) pesos, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Public Market -Phase III at Nueva Vista, Don Victoriano, Misamis Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
