Description : The Provincial Government of Antique, through the Resolution No. 542-2025(1)
Supplemental Budget No. 05 for FY 2025, 20% NTA apply the sum of Four Million Eight
Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Five Pesos and Thirty Nine
Centavos (Php 4, 858, 765.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Provincial Road, Sibalom Public
Market, District III, Sibalom, Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Antique now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Provincial
Road, Sibalom Public Market, District III, Sibalom, Antique. Completion of the Works is
required Forty Five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten
(10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the
Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,
particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
