Description : The Ministry of Transportation and Communications - BARMM (MOTC-
BARMM), through the Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) 2024,
intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos
(₱6,500,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the project
Rehabilitation of Port Management Office of Jolo Port, under Public Bidding No.
24TDIF0006. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected
Pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, the Special Bids and
Awards Committee (SBAC) hereby invites technically, legally, and financially
capable contractors to participate in the Negotiated Procurement for this Project.
Completion of the Works is required within Three Hundred Sixty (360) Calendar
Days.
Negotiation shall be conducted by the SBAC using a non-discretionary “pass/fail”
method, consistent with RA 9184 and its IRR.
Interested contractors may obtain further information and inspect the Negotiation
Documents at the address below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays through
Fridays.
