1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Million Eight Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Three and 92/100 Pesos Only (P 240,891,873.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Rehabilitation of Porac Dam and Improvement of Irrigation Facilities with IB No. NIAR3-2026-PAM-PGRIS-17 located in Guagua, Pampanga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
