Invitation to Bid for

1. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Bontoc, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of (Php 2,000,000.00) Two Million Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Poko Irrigation Canal in Tocucan, Bontoc, Mt. Province (INFRA 2024-31). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Bontoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 100 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
