Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF GOODS FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HDPE PIPES MATERIALS AND ITS JOINTING SERVICES OF A BUTT FUSION MACHINE FOR THE REHABILTATION OF POBLACION PENAPLATA PIPELINE FACILITY, Penaplata, Samal District IGaCoS under Purchase Order No. 2025 -02- 0078
1. The IGaCoS Water District, through the 2025 General Funds intends to apply the sum of One Million, Eight Hundred Thirty Two Thousand, Six Hundred Sixty Pesos (1,832,660.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Goods for the Supply and Delivery of HDPE Pipeline Materials, its jointing services of a butt fusion machine, its fixtures and fittings. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The IGaCoS Water District now invites bids for Procurement of Goods for the Supply and Delivery of 215 lengths 150 mm ( 6 inches ) SDR 11 Premium HDPE Pipes; and the provision for the services of butt fuse jointing machine use during its installation.
