1.The Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Palompon, through the Supplemental Budget No. 3, FY 2025 for the Rehabilitation of PCC (Painting & Septic Tank) located at Palompon, Leyte amounting to Seven Hundred Thousand (P 700,000.00) Pesos intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand (P 700,000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under Contract for No. 2025-2807-050- Rehabilitation of PCC (Painting & Septic Tank). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Local Government Unit (LGU) of the Municipality of Palompon, Leyte now invites bids for the Rehabilitation of PCC (Painting & Septic Tank) located at Palompon, Leyte defined in the scope of works.
