Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REHABILITATION OF OSMUN AFSS & FDAS AT BRGY. ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA
1. The City Government of Muntinlupa, through the duly approved 2025 Supplemental Budget No. 2 & LDRRM STF intends to apply the sum of Twenty Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Three Hundred Forty Six Pesos & 11/100 (P29,995,346.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of OSMUN AFSS & FDAS at Brgy. Alabang, Muntinlupa. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Muntinlupa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Three Hundred Sixty (360) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
