1. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte, through the GoP (General Fund/ Capital Outlay) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (Php 470,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Rehabilitation of Old RHU Building Complex for Relocation of LGU Essential Offices (Phase I), E. Jacinto St., Brgy. Kalanggaman, Bato, Leyte (batgoods 2025-07-029). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 82 c.d. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
