Description : Supply and Delivery of Labor, Materials, and Equipment for the Rehabilitation of Nursery Structure at Sorsogon Fiber Experiment Station in San Juan, Casiguran, Sorsogon.

Scope of Works:

1. Mobilization/demobilization and removal of damaged shade nets and nursery framings.
2. Welding and installation of new GI pipe framework, including door works.
3. Surface preparation and painting with anti-rush primer and enamel finish.
4. Cement plastering, minor masonry repairs, and site surface cleaning.
5. Installation of UV-treated 70% shade net (3 layers on top, 2 on sides), securely fastened.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Project duration: 30 Calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
2. All materials and workmanship must meet DPWH/DA/PhilFIDA standards.
3. One (1) year warranty on labor and materials.
4. Contractor must implement OSH-compliant safety measures.
5. PhilFIDA shall provide access to water and electricity; however, the contractor shall shoulder all utility costs incurred during the project implementation.
