1. The Municipality of Culasi, through the 20% Development Fund of NTA, intends to apply the sum of P1,000,000.00, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for INFRA-2025-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
