Rehab of Multi-Purpose Gym Concrete Pavement, INFRA 2025-08-001

1. The Barangay Kanguha, Dumanjug, Cebu , through the 20% DF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Seven Pesos and Sixty Centavos (Php 416,687.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Gym Concrete Pavement, INFRA 2025-08-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Kanguha, Dumanjug, Cebu now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within twenty calendar days (20 CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
