Rehabilitation of the Multi-Purpose Building (Covered Court) of Mocaboc Island

1. The Municipality of Tubigon, through the budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan (General Fund) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of the Multi-Purpose Building (Covered Court) of Mocaboc Island- Project Identification No. 100-125-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Tubigon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
