The Municipality of Malvar through the Appropriation Ordinance No.009-12 Series of 2024 dated December 23, 2024- The reprogramming of the 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 Unexpended 70% LDRRMF intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the REHABILITATION OF MINI GYM AT SAN GREGORIO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BRGY. SAN GREGORIO MALVAR BATANGAS with Solicitation Number I-012025-009969. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
