1)The Local Government Unit of Payao, through the General Appropriations Ordinance FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty One Pesos and 80/100 Only (Php 2,993,931.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Local Government Owned Potable Water Supply System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
